Some have desirable outcomes, others not! We grow, we learn, it’s messy, it’s beautiful, it’s allowed, it’s perfect.
My old strategies for the 3 Cs were wonderful! Damaging, isolating, addictive, mind altering and trapping but fuck did they do a good job with the 3 Cs! Stellar!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ But then I wanted more, I wanted connection with others that lasted and wasn’t conditional.
I wanted comfort that lead somewhere and didn’t need to be retaken the next day.
I wanted to dance in the complicatedness of life and control my destiny, not my feelings.
Old ways couldn’t do that and I got more interested in finding new ways than protecting the old.
Unconscious change techniques made it happen crazy fast and I fell in love with them.
